The Mimosa A5c provides the maximum scale for any unlicensed fixed wireless network thanks to the quickest client speeds, excellent access point capacity, and local and network-wide spectrum reuse.

THE PERFECT MICROPOP

The Mimosa N5-360 antenna is only compatible with the Mimosa A5c access point and has quad-panel 180 degree overlapping vertical and horizontal antenna polarizations. The novel antenna design increases throughput by delivering balanced dual-stream coverage over 360 degrees of azimuth, leveraging beamforming gain, and increasing the range of MicroPoP deployments by up to 60% when compared to Mimosa’s A5 integrated solution. To meet customer demand for a wider frequency range, the N5-360 works from 4.9 GHz to 6.4 GHz without sacrificing performance.

AMPLIFICATION OF CAPACITY AT EACH SITE

The same channel may be reused and additional A5c sectors added with ease to deployed Mimosa A5 and B5 sites thanks to integrated high accuracy GPS Sync technology. When fresh A5c devices need to be put “back-to-back” on the same tower or pole, this conserves important, limited unlicensed spectrum resources.

 

SCALABILITY OF NETWORKS

Each Mimosa A5c has a special inbuilt high accuracy GPS Sync technology that enables network-wide collaborative synchronization of all deployed devices. Together with the Mimosa Cloud, this makes it exceedingly simple to install and optimize network spectrum utilization and performance across all of your deployed devices. This enables simple channel reuse to preserve valuable spectrum network-wide.
